Step I.
Pick cylinder (black) 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8". Snugly secure cylinder into slug base. Place on flat surface. Mix Donkee "Fast" Plug and color according to instructions in plug box and pour. Allow 15 minutes to cure.
Step II.
Removal: Hold cylinder in one hand and slug base in the other and twist until slug base separates from cylinder. Place cylinder with slug inside, on to "release ring", slug base side down. (See picture IIB). Take "slug extruder" and place on top of cylinder (See picture IIB), and gently tap it with hammer until slug moves. Then press out with fingers or thumb.
Step III.
Installation. Place glue line in back side of thumb hole, slug base side is top, enter pour side down into bowling ball. Put glue into glue line cut down and drill.

Step I.
Pick size of mold round or oval (for mold sizes 1 thru 4 use TEAL cylinder size 1 1/8"; for mold sizes 5 thru 9 use PURPLE cylinder 1 1/4"; for mold sizes 10 thru 14 use MAGENTA cylinder size 1 3/8").
Snugly secure cylinder into mold base and place on flat surface. Mix Donkee "Fast" Plug and color according to instructions in plug box and pour. (Note: pour plug only to level line). See picture IA. Allow 15 minutes to cure.
Step II.
Removal: Hold cylinder in one hand and tap peg gently with hammer and remove mold insert (See picture IIA). Place cylinder with insert inside, on to "release ring", mold base side down. (See picture IIIA). With "slug extruder" provided place on top of cylinder (See picture IIIA), and gently tap with hammer until insert moves. Then press out with fingers or thumb.
Step III.
Installation: Place glue line in back side of thumb hole. Put glue in glue line; cut down and bevel.
