How to Order
Using our shopping cart: As you browse our product pages just click the "Add to cart" button. When you are done shopping, review the items in your shopping cart (shown on the left side of the page) and make any necessary changes. Then click the "Checkout Now" button to finish the checkout process. For more detailed information about online ordering go to the bottom of this page.

To fax or mail your order, print out this order form and send it to us.
You can calculate shipping prices by clicking the "Calculate Shipping" button on the left side of the page. Make sure you put in your zip code. Click on "Shipping Information" under "Browse Categories" to see how long it will take to get to your location. International Customers please email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote as the website is only setup for shipping to US and Canadian addresses.

Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with us is easy.
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact us by email or phone.
1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches on the navigation bar to the left of each page. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including the size of the item, color, material it is made out of, etc.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart by looking on the left side of every page of our website.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, simply click on the red X next to the item you want to delete. You can also change the quantities of items by putting in a new number and clicking “Update Quantities”. You can also check shipping times and prices by putting your zip code in the box and clicking “Calculate Shipping”.
When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart, click the “Checkout Now" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
If you receive an error message at this time it is most likely because you do not have $20.00 worth of merchandise in your Shopping Cart. This minimum is required for ordering online, by phone, by fax or by mail.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please email or call us.
Simply click “New Customer” if you are ordering for the first time. If you are shipping your order overseas or outside the USA please click “Int�l Checkout.”
5. Address & Options Page
Please follow these instructions to ensure you that you fill in all of the appropriate information:
- 1) Enter your shipping address
- 2) Enter your email address and decide if you would like to be on our mailing list
- 3) Enter your billing address if it is different from your shipping address
- 4) Decide if you would like to create an account, if not simply skip this step
- 5) Enter a discount code (these can be found on some of our magazine advertisements), if you don't have one simply skip this step
- 6) Answer the “Checkout Question”. We simply want to know if you are ordering for an event. If you are please enter the date of the event. If not simply put “No” or “N/A”
- 7) If you want to order using Paypal please fill out all of the information and then go back to the top of the page and click the “Paypal” button.
- 8) Click the “Next” button near the bottom of the page
6. Shipping Method & Payment
Please continue to follow these instructions:
- 1) Choose a shipping method. UPS or US Postal Service. To view the US Postal Service chart click “Click here to view”.
- 2) Enter special instructions for shipment. Where the box(es) should be left, etc.
- 3) Check that the ship to and bill to addresses are correct. If they are not click the “Edit” button.
- 4) Choose method of payment. If you wish to pay using Paypal select “Click here to view”. If not please select your credit card type and enter your credit card number and expiration date. Please do not use dashes or spaces when entering the credit card number. The expiration date should be written as MM/YY.
- 5) Check the Shopping Cart one last time and then click the “Place Your Order” button. Your done!
You will receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation please call or email us immediately. You will also receive tracking information when your order is shipped.
