Our Returns Policy
 

You may return some items within 30 days of delivery for a partial refund, but we have to deduct expenses incurred such as shipping, re-stocking of the merchandise, and credit card and bank fees in the amount of 25% of the order (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item send us an e-mail by clicking here).

We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Open bottles of polish, plugging compound, custom orders of imprinted items.
